Returns, Exchanges, Shipping

Returns & Exchanges: We accept a refund and/or exchange within 30 days, less cost of shipping. Please notify us via email at and return item(s) to Nata Skincare, 43 Grove Street, Suite 6, Asheville, NC 28801. We cannot accept returns without prior email notification. Once item is received we will process return/exchange. We do not issue return postage or labels; customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees.

Shipping: Orders are processed during normal business hours. Please allow 24-48 hours for processing during business days. All orders are shipped USPS. Once a shipment is released to carrier we are no longer liable in case of loss or theft. In the unlikely event that product is damaged during carriage, please contact us. All packages are shipped USPS and are subject to the carrier’s terms and conditions. Please check the USPS website for additional information on shipping, including special schedules due to holidays. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
